  ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!
  I often give everyone a chance despite all the bad reviews, as people are not so quick to write a positive review as they are a negative one. HOWEVER after my experience with Woodford technology solutions I will pay more attention to reviews.
  I am baffled as to how this business is existing. I left my phone in for repair as it kept losing power. With this being his profession I assumed he would take the phone, identify the problem and sort it. Instead he randomly replaced the battery (that didn't need replaced) with a new one and handed me back the phone still unfixed and charged me £35. Foolishly I left the shop and after a day of it still losing power I took the phone back and questioned him about what service I actually paid for. He just put a new battery in, despite the fact it didn't even need a new battery and charged me for 'repairing' my phone! I had to go back and forth to the shop on several different occasions, with him continuously telling me "come back in a few hours" "come back at the end of the day" "come back tomorrow" ... He wasn't even attempting to repair my phone, from the moment I left the shop my phone was just sitting there until I returned.
  In the end, I collected my phone told him to forget about it as I had just had enough, returned home and the phone was lifeless. Not even turning on or charging! Don't ask me what he did but he managed to destroy a phone.
  STAY CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS!
